The hotel had spacious and tidy rooms with amazing maids, offering a lovely separate swimming pool for relaxation. However, it fell short of the expected 4-star standard and required transportation to reach Chania Town. The service was friendly and attentive, catering to all our needs. The location was beautiful but hilly, demanding extra effort for those with mobility issues. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of options. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
